Dutch Eggs

The press has brought news in recent days that up to 700,000 Dutch eggs could have been distributed across Britain that may have been contaminated with an insecticide called Fipronil.

The Food Standards agency has insisted that with the eggs being imported between March and June they would be past their consumption date and no longer in the food chain and the decision to withdraw products was not due to food safety concerns but based on the fact the Fipronil is not authorised within food producing animals.

Please be assured that all eggs used by Juniper Ventures in all its meal production are British free range eggs.
