Case Studies & Testimonials

Real Impact Across Schools and Communities

Every school is different, which is why our approach starts with understanding how each site really works day to day. Across catering, cleaning, health and safety, and support services, our case studies show how practical changes, strong partnerships and people-first delivery can improve standards, reduce pressure on teams and create better environments for pupils and staff alike.

New Vision Trust

Aligning cleaning provision with real school use

A detailed operational review across four New Vision Trust schools, helping reshape cleaning provision around how each building is genuinely used day to day. Through site analysis, staff consultation and tailored service planning, Juniper helped reduce cleaning hours while maintaining standards, supporting staff wellbeing and protecting the learning environment.”

Park Primary School

Improving efficiency, consistency and staff wellbeing through smart cleaning equipment

A smart cleaning equipment trial at Park Primary School, focused on improving efficiency, consistency and staff wellbeing across a busy school environment. By introducing the PUDU SH1 scrubber, Juniper Bright reduced cleaning times, improved audit scores and removed much of the physical strain linked to traditional floor cleaning methods, helping create a safer and more effective service for both staff and the school.

Elmhurst Primary School

Reducing chemicals and simplifying cleaning through on-site generated solutions

At Elmhurst Primary School, Juniper Bright trialled an on-site generated cleaning solution to reduce chemical use, cut packaging and make day-to-day cleaning simpler for the team. The result was a practical shift from multiple routine products to one multi-purpose solution, supporting a 55% reduction in routine chemical spend while maintaining standards in a busy school environment.

Newham Dockside

Using smart technology to deliver safer, more consistent cleaning

Juniper Bright introduced a robotic scrubber dryer at Newham Dockside, a large local authority building in East London, to explore how automation could improve cleaning standards and support the on-site team.
The site’s large atrium spaces and high footfall made it well suited to trial a more efficient approach. The aim
was to strengthen consistency and safety, while supporting staff rather than replacing them.

Marner Primary School

A carefully managed mobilisation and TUPE transition

A smooth mobilisation is about more than a change of provider. At Marner Primary School, Juniper Bright managed the TUPE transfer of nine long-serving cleaning operatives while protecting continuity, supporting staff and keeping cleaning standards consistent from day one.
