A people-first partner for
schools and communities

About Juniper

Built in education. Proven in complex environments.

Schools are demanding environments where standards are visible every day. That is where Juniper developed its model. We understand how headteachers and councils experience services on the ground: budget pressure, safeguarding scrutiny and community expectation.

As we have grown into public and private sector environments, that same discipline travels with us. We adapt to real operational needs rather than imposing a fixed template.

Trusted and recognised

At Juniper, we design services to work together.

“We moved to Juniper Ventures in April 2021. We’ve worked with Stuart McGregor at our Local Authority for a number of years and always found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and supportive with a very balanced view of what it’s actually like to operate in an educational environment. So far, we have definitely made the right decision and we’re looking forward to many years of continued excellent service.”
