You can be assured that all staff carry details of the enhanced DBS check along with the issue date and reference number and will be easily recognisable in their official Juniper uniform at all times.
We reward our staff well for the jobs they do with all staff who work for Juniper in the London Borough of Newham being paid the London Living Wage as a minimum.
We always support colleagues who wish to develop themselves and progress their careers – in fact many of our management team started their careers as cleaners or kitchen assistants – so they really have first hand experience of front line service delivery and customer care and the challenges that their teams may find themselves against.

We are represented in several trade associations to keep up to date with industry developments. Our Cleaning Management team are members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) and our Catering Management Team members of the Lead Association for Catering in Education – in fact our Managing Director is currently the National Vice Chair of the Lead Association for Catering in Education (LACA)!
