You will be based at a busy school site managing a team of Catering Assistants and be responsible for planning and preparing nutritionally balanced school meals, maintaining stock control and planning menus.
Successful candidates will have experience of providing a catering service in a similar environment, as well as relevant qualifications and certification.
We are seeking candidates who can lead and motivate their team whilst retaining a passion for cooking. An awareness of the needs of Asian, African, Caribbean and other ethnic minority communities would be an advantage.
