What erik covers

Step 1: Register

Your school registers and appoints a Master Administrator. You then have one year to start and complete your audit.

Step 2: Prepare

Before you activate your audit window, you receive a structured preparation guide setting out exactly what evidence is needed, so you can gather the right documentation in advance.

Step 3: Complete your submission

Once you choose to begin, you have two weeks to complete your submission online, in your own time, with mandatory evidence upload and space for contextual notes.

Step 4: Submission lock

Once submitted, your audit is locked. Evidence cannot be added and responses cannot be amended, in line with professional audit practice.

Step 5: Independent professional review

Your submission is reviewed by the erik audit team. A qualified auditor assesses your evidence and provides your score, commentary and recommended actions within 5 working days.

If evidence is not available at the point of submission, this is reflected in your score. Documents cannot be added afterwards to negotiate a higher outcome. This protects the integrity of the assessment and reflects genuine professional audit practice.
